I know all ten steps are vital, but numbers 2, 5, 8 and 10 really stand out for me. I'm a guy who was a sun worshiper in his youth. Let me tell you -- I pay for it now! If you are young -- or you are parents of young children -- now is the time to teach them about good skin care. Skin cancers are no fun! Melanomas are deadly. And if nothing else, wrinkly skin always makes you look a lot older than you truly are. Take care of it while you're young and you won't have to pay tons of money to fix things later. Peace ...
